  • When will my order ship?
    At Trinity Threads Design we are proud to use a print on demand process to manufacture our products. This process reduces waste and is better for the environment! However, this does mean your order has to be custom made just for you before it ships. Typical time to ship is 7-10 days from the date of purchase.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once you order your product you will receive an order number in you e-mail inbox. After your product ships, you will receive a tracking number in your e-mail inbox. As always if you have any problems please reach us my e-mail or phone.
  • How do returns and refunds work?
    Returns will be accepted 30 days from the date of product delivery. A return address is located on the original shipping packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only for undamaged products.
  • How do you make your products? / What is Print on Demand (POD)
    At Trinity Threads Design we are proud to use Print On Demand (POD) services for all of our products. When you make a purchase your order is sent to our manufacturing partners and your order is made just for you! This method ensures we focus on you the customer first, it reduces industrial waste, reduces carbon emissions, and is better for the environment!
